Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in international accounting, daily operations, and leading delegating tasks
- Ability to set priorities, exercise flexibility, and meet deadlines
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in the BC accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Experience with accounting for Lithuanian companies (nice to have)
- Result-oriented, ownership, open-minded (nice to have)
