Requirements
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the regional construction site guides team
- Planning, resource management, and prioritization based on risk and criticality
- Onboarding, employee development, and ensuring uniform quality standards
- Technical evaluation of change orders and participation in external company evaluation
- Systematic escalation of problems and participation in critical deadlines
- Continuous improvement of workflows and introduction of digital systems
