We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support our customers in India on new tool installs, upgrades, warranty support, and billable service. The successful candidate will have a relevant engineering degree, significant hardware experience on semiconductor equipment, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- A relevant engineering degree
- Significant hardware experience on semiconductor equipment
- Able to look up electrical drawings
- Familiar with Vacuum and RF components operating mechanism and theory
- Logical thinking on tool issues troubleshooting
- Prefer the work experience with either Ion Beam (Deposition or Etch) or PECVD / ICPCVD / ALD or RIE / ICP tools
- Mater at communication and negotiation in English
- Able to work independently
- Prepare proactively and act efficiently
- Positive thinking and easy going with
- Willing to take responsibility and own accountability
- Willing to take challenges and accept to travel frequently
