RN Weekend Supervisor

The RN weekend supervisor is responsible for providing nursing care to residents, leading and directing staff, and ensuring a safe environment. This role involves assessment, documentation, staff supervision, resident communication, and adherence to facility protocols. They also report observations and participate in M.D.S. and Total Care Plan meetings.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (R.N.) currently licensed and in good standing with the Board of Nursing in the State in which the facility is located.
• Valid RN license.
• Ability to lift, carry, and reach.
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to tolerate a high pace.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of facility protocols, regulations, and infection control guidelines.
