Requirements
- Minimum of 5 + years of demonstrated experience in People Operations
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Proven Experience creating and implementing strategies that drive organizational effectiveness
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of local legislation as it relates to the U.S. and LATAM
- Expertise in organizational development, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
- Proficiency in HR tech stack (preferably Rippling HRIS & Lattice)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
