Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or experience required
- 1-2 years' experience in supporting third-party applications
- Working knowledge of database systems (SQL, db2, or Oracle) and application monitoring tools (Dynatrace)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams
