Network Operations Analyst I

Owens & Minor is looking for a NOC Analyst I to join the NOC team responsible for monitoring and maintaining over 2000 servers and 3000 network devices, Database and backup located in Owens & Minor locations globally.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar role working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Operations Center in a distributed enterprise environment.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, CCNA preferred.
• University degree in computer science or technical field preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/supply chain a plus.
• Familiarity with trouble ticketing systems such as Service Now.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL best practices.
