Requirements
- Receiving: unload pallets and cases, accurately count and verify product, document variances
- LUM Picking: select products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner, place items into totes on conveyor belt
- Sortation: prepare sortation area, move cartons and totes, place on pallets and/or carts according to assigned batch
- Loading: use RF scanner to ensure correct loading, use pallet jack to load pallets
- General requirements: follow general sequencing and process procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, follow safety policies and procedures
- Education & Experience: general knowledge of basic topics, prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus, Warehouse/Operations certification a plus
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: ability to apply common sense understanding, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, good attention to detail, dependability and willingness to learn
