IST tutors will work one-on-one or in small groups with undergraduate students to support their success by creating an optimum learning environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of student-centered tutoring strategies
• Knowledge of tutoring discipline
• Experience tutoring and/or teaching at the college level
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills
• Knowledge of web design, computer programming languages, and software and hardware
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, and work independently
