Project Executive – Hyperscale Data Center New Construction. Lead multi-building or multi-phase hyperscale data center programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Drive financial and operational performance across every phase of a data center program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical construction
• Proven success delivering hyperscale or large-scale mission-critical programs ($50M–$150M+ per program)
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage forecasting, buyout, margin performance, and commercial terms
• Deep familiarity with mission-critical electrical systems including redundant distribution paths, UPS/ESS, grounding, controls, and commissioning
• Experience leading multiple project teams across different sites or regions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly at the executive and client level
