Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is an employee-owned company seeking a Project Accounting Manager to oversee project accounting operations across the Michigan Division. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of construction project accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project accountants
• Oversee client billing processes and ensure accuracy and transparency
• Maintain proactive financial controls and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and internal control requirements
• Coordinate and oversee the month-end close process
• Prepare and review project-level financial reports
