Construction Project Manager - Colorado

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. (O-A-K) is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join their Castle Rock office. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and resources throughout the entire lifecycle of assigned construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Colorado commercial construction
• Involvement in aviation, K-12, higher ed, municipal/government industries
• Understanding of construction means and methods
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations
• Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
• Fiscal management experience
• Superior organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Leadership skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
