Job Description
This Senior Project Manager II position focuses on overseeing construction projects and resolving issues. The role involves project oversight, dispute resolution, and managing performance of OARs, reviewing changes, and assisting with bid and contract planning. The position also supports the broader District organizational structure.
Requirements
- 17 years of full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
- 5 years of experience managing large programs with projects exceeding $50 million (not cumulative)
- 5 years’ experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects (may include projects outside of California)
- Must possess a valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential
