Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations in a Freight Forwarding company with management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills within the team and outside, leadership, and ability to engage the entire team in OVRSEA's global strategy
• Listening, empathy, and diplomacy
• Rigor, reliability, and project management skills
• Analytical skills and ease in creating and using data dashboards, ability to lead performance follow-up analyses
