Job Description
OVRSEA is a transshipment company revolutionizing international freight transport, providing technology-driven solutions for optimising international transport. They are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to support the Business Performance team, focusing on M&A projects, strategic debates, and project execution. The role offers exposure to the executive committee and international projects.
Requirements
- Define and implement governance (boards, reporting, KPIs)
- Coordinate different workstreams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.)
- Prepare analysis, notes and decision support for shareholders
- Structure strategic messages and ensure their consistency within the organization
- Identify critical issues and propose quick, documented arbitrage options
- Define and coordinate action plans to secure the implementation of strategic decisions
- Directly manage high-impact projects
- Drive the change to ensure the adoption of local and central teams
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
