Senior BI Developer (Remote in Poland)

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our team. As a key part of our product data development journey, you will design, build and maintain BI solutions that power decision-making across Oversee. You'll have the autonomy to lead, the tools to deliver, and the opportunity to shape how data drives our decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a BI/Data Developer (or similar role)
• Strong SQL skills and a sharp analytical mindset
• 2+ years building Power BI dashboards (not just consuming them)
• Good eye for UI/UX and how data should be presented
• Experience with data quality best practices and methodologies
• Familiar with ETL/ELT and DWH concepts (and eager to dive deeper)
• Comfortable with version control and deployment processes
