Job Description
OUTsurance is looking for an experienced Motor Assessor to join their team and help deliver best-in-class motor claims outcomes. The role involves carrying out desktop assessments, field inspections, and acting as a technical expert for the motor claims function.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Motor Assessor, Engineer, Vehicle Damage Estimator, or similar role
- Proven experience handling complex or high-value motor claims
- Strong understanding of repair methodologies, vehicle valuation, depreciation, and salvage processes
- Proficient with vehicle estimating systems (e.g., Audatex or similar)
- Excellent report writing and negotiation skills
