Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role within a data-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query performance optimization
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas) and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data modeling concepts
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and ETL processes
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
