Requirements
- Min 3 years proven Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Canopy Practice Management Software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing tasks and projects
