Bookkeeper

Sydney’s leading fitout specialist, with a strong team and over 20 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to ensure the accuracy and integrity of their financial records. The role focuses on both finance and operational functions, requiring strong accounting skills and a collaborative spirit. This position is suited for an experienced bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience in Australian tax and accounting practices.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and staff reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and supplier statements.
• Manage payroll processing, superannuation, and employee entitlements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial reports.
• Assist with forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with ATO and other regulatory obligations.
• Maintain digital filing systems and manage contracts.
• Support project managers with administrative tasks.
• Improve and streamline financial processes.
