We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients via telephone, email, and other outreach methods.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a similar role with a strong focus on outbound sales and lead qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to meeting scheduling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report on progress.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
- Professional demeanor and an ability to handle rejection and objections with grace.
