Job Description
Outset is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems. This role involves providing technical support to customers and clinicians, contributing to product improvement, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. The company is focused on revolutionizing dialysis through innovative technology and patient-centric care.
Requirements
- Associates degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Fluidics) recommended
- 5+ years Field Service/Industry experience
- Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluids components
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record
- Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
- Ability to read schematic diagrams
- Computer skills in software, ERP databases, and technology innovation
