Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner who wants to help shape the future of our people and our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted sparring partner for business and bring our strategies to life in practice.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent education
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or production environment
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law (including sickness regulations) and Works Council processes
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
