Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to work with our manufacturing team to prepare readiness of process and tooling for high volume production. This is a hands-on position to support process design, tooling development and validation, process capability and throughput improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in wire bond, die placement, adhesive displacement and encapsulation.
• Experience in operating high precision wire bonding machine, die placement, dispenser machine
• Experience in Micro-Electronic and SMT environment
• Experience in operating DATACON, MRSI,..., etc. is preferable
