IT Business Process Inhouse Consultant Customer Services - Plant Maintenance (d/w/m)

The IT Business Process Inhouse Consultant will provide consultation and support to departments and key users in the development and optimization of end-to-end business processes in the Customer Service and Plant Maintenance area, with a focus on re-designing processes for the S/4HANA system.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in business administration, business-informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth SAP Customer Service and/or Plant Maintenance customizing experience
• Additional SAP process knowledge in the areas of sales, logistics, and production
• Desirable SAP certifications
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
