Social Worker - Full Time

We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team at Otterbein SeniorLife. The successful candidate will create an environment that provides opportunity for community members to enjoy the highest possible quality of life and provides psychosocial support to elders, families, and partners. The role involves mentoring elder assistants, completing assessments, and participating in care planning.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education preferred
• OH Licensed Social Worker or LPN
• 2 years related work experience preferably in a nursing home setting
