Otterbein has an employment opportunity for a Custodian/Floor Care Specialist to provide a clean, safe environment for residents, guests and employees.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and display good sound judgement
• Keeps work area clean and free of hazardous conditions
• Demonstrates technical knowledge of products and proper use and mixing
• Performs general cleaning procedures of rooms, stairwells, windows, elevators, etc.
• Maintains stock room, breaks down boxes and assists with moves
• Trash removal
