Delivery Planning Supervisor

The Supervisor, Electrical Engineer will lead a team of electrical engineers in creating solutions to challenging opportunities to ensure reliable, affordable, and environmentally responsible power.

Requirements

• Lead a team of electrical engineers in performing studies related to the transmission of electricity across Otter Tail Power's service territory and its connection to the greater regional transmission system in the Midwest.
• Determine the best strategy for expanding the transmission and distribution system, presenting plans to senior management and company executives.
• Build relationships within Otter Tail Power as well as neighboring utilities to accomplish company objectives and goals.
• Represent Otter Tail Power on various stakeholder groups, collaborating with others to enhance and create processes.
