Job Description
OTI Lumionics is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee and maintain all facility equipment, infrastructure, and systems. The ideal candidate is a practical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in the upkeep, performance, and safety of building operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
- Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
- Good computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong technical problems-solving skills
- Action-oriented, positive and energetic
- Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills
- Attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast learner, flexible, have strong initiative and can-do spirit
