The B2B E-Commerce Operations Specialist will support daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our global B2B e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce B2BCommerce.
- Strong skills in Salesforce data management, troubleshooting, user support, and basic configuration.
- Experience in e-commerce operations and digital workflows.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
