Diesel is looking for a Selling Supervisor to lead and inspire a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain high visual and operational standards.

Requirements

• Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
