Job Description
Gruppo OTB is seeking a Funding & Financial Planning Manager to support the Finance Director in planning and managing the Group's financial position, ensuring an integrated watch over financial planning processes, cash flow forecasting, and financial structure analysis.
Requirements
- Coordinate the financial planning process of the Group (budget, forecast, long-term plan)
- Prepare and monitor the consolidated cash flow, analyzing deviations and supervising any corrective actions
- Manage and monitor the Group's debt structure
- Perform periodic analysis of debt costs and funding mix, identifying opportunities for financial efficiency
- Monitor the obligations arising from financing contracts, preparing sensitivity analyses and reports for management and banking counterparts
- Coordinate information flows for Group guarantee management
- Support the Finance Director in assessing the financial sustainability of extraordinary operations
- Coordinate with the ESG Office to evaluate and support the implementation of financing structures linked to sustainability objectives
- Contribute to the evolution of financial planning and monitoring systems, promoting digitalization and automation
