Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Diesel is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance for the Outlet Store – DIESEL Berlin Wustermark.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment
• Confidence and proven track record in team management
• Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
• Previous experience in managing complex store operations
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
• Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
• Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage
