Job Description
We are on a mission to build Europe's leading energy management platform to provide fair, clean energy to everyone. As our People & Culture Lead, you will oversee everything related to People, Culture, Office, and Internal Systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, Project Management, Office Management, Systems Administration, or a similar generalist role with broad operational responsibility
- Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for tools, workflows, and automation
- Independent working style with excellent structure and ownership
- Ability to support employees and managers with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong prioritization, organization, and self-management skills
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, labor law basics, and compliance
- Excellent English and German skills (C1+)
