Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is integral to the facilities management team, responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the service provider, providing a safe and secure environment for residents. This role involves implementing security policies, monitoring processes, customer service, and ensuring adherence to industry standards like ISO18788 and 14001. The focus is on ensuring a safe and secure experience for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and work instructions with respect to ISO18788 and 14001.
• Monitor service provider processes and highlight deviations, in accordance with the defined certification targets.
• Work closely with the service provider to ensure workflow aligns with the service agreement and is in line with agreed processes.
• Monitor and report guard behaviors consistently equipped with tools like batons, whistles, flashlights and communication equipment.
• Monitor, report, log, and take appropriate action in respect to guards.
• Oversee key control program including storage, allocation, distribution, master key management, audits, and training.
• Ensure measures which have been implemented to control the speed of vehicles.
• Prepare parking violation notices for improperly or illegally parked vehicles.
• Supervise the management, control, and coordination of deliveries to the compound.
