Associate Director/Director, Quality Control

Oruka Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Quality Control to provide quality control strategy, support, and oversight within a Phase 2 GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory expectations, and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in QC or analytical sciences within biopharmaceutical GMP environments
• Experience in building and managing a QC team or group
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and applicable guidelines
• Demonstrated expertise in biologics analytical methods
