Job Description
The Westchester JSU Director will expand and deepen Jewish Student Union (JSU) programming in Westchester County, USA. This role focuses on building relationships, creating engaging programming, and mentoring students to cultivate their Jewish identity and leadership skills. The role involves partnership with school administrators, fundraising, and community outreach.
Requirements
- Experience in teen programming and/or Jewish education (formal or informal)
- Track record of charisma, organization, and flexibility
- Solid foundation in Jewish knowledge (Halacha, Jewish thought, and tradition)
- Ability to lead discussions and model personal growth
- Professional attendance at trainings, meetings, and contribution
