Job Description
NCSY, a program of the Orthodox Union, is seeking a mission-driven Fundraiser to support its philanthropic reach in New York or New Jersey. This role involves identifying and cultivating prospects, stewarding donors, managing campaigns, and building relationships with stakeholders. The organization focuses on developing Jewish youth and inspiring leadership within the Jewish community.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
- Proven success in securing gifts of $5,000+ preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with the New York Jewish community
- Comfort with CRM/database systems
- Passion for Jewish education, youth development, and NCSY’s mission
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
