Job Description
Orion Innovation is seeking a highly technical Software Development Team Leader for Data Path to provide core components for their large-scale distributed system. The role involves leading a team, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the quality of data plane features. The team is based in Bucharest, Romania, working with fast-growing software companies using network cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in software engineering, specializing in distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in networking, particularly in L2/L3 protocols.
- Prior experience with configuration of HW co-processors or ASICs.
