Orica is seeking a seasoned IT Portfolio Delivery Manager to lead the execution of their global IT projects portfolio, ensuring strategic value and measurable business impact. This role involves shaping the IT delivery strategy, managing project managers and analysts, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-value projects. The company focuses on transforming mining and civil blasting through digital technologies and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT project and portfolio delivery
- Proven success in leading complex, high-impact technology projects
- Experience in PMO or program management leadership roles
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of IT domains (applications, infrastructure, security, data)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in risk management and modern IT systems
