Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation Administration
- Fluency in HR tech (Workday, ServiceNow)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Experience with compensation surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon/Radford)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, global, and matrixed environment
