Import Compliance Specialist

Import Compliance Specialist at Oregon Tool, Inc. will ensure compliance in all import and FTZ related activities, drive global trade compliance, and lead broker & trade partnerships. The role requires 5+ years of Customs compliance experience with a valid Customs Broker’s License and strong HTS classification knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customs compliance with a valid Customs Broker’s License
• Strong HTS classification knowledge
• Hands-on FTZ experience
• Deep understanding of U.S. and international Customs requirements
• Skilled in problem-solving, auditing, and translating regulations into practical business solutions
• Clear written and verbal communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Proven ability to work across global teams and a reputation for integrity and initiative
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with SAP or similar systems
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed
