Job Description
The Assistant Director of Development is responsible for managing a portfolio of relationships with potential donors, developing compelling gift opportunities, and conducting electronic outreach to build a managed portfolio of donors and pipeline of potential donors. The position requires a proven track record of success in mid-level to major gift cultivation and solicitation, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Manage a comprehensive portfolio of 50 to 100 relationships
- Develop compelling gift opportunities and materials
- Employing sales enablement technology, conduct electronic outreach
- Perform related administrative duties
