Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license
- Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
- Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
- An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business

- Ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
