Join Orbem as a Senior Director, Business Development - Poultry (f/m/d) and drive the success of our global poultry business. As a leader, you will develop and implement commercial strategies, manage business development teams, and deliver groundbreaking AI-powered products and services for the poultry industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams in fast-growing, technologically-driven environments.
- 5+ years of commercial experience in negotiating and closing 8-digit commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent budget management and resource allocation skills.
- Ability to align global business strategies with local market needs and organizational values.
