This role as a Software Development Manager within OCI is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle within the OCI services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a high-performing team. The manager will focus on stability, scalability, and continuous learning, while promoting excellence through mentorship and career development.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Proven track record in managing large-scale service projects
• Experience leading development of cloud services
• Demonstrated expertise in distributed systems and Kubernetes ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit strong engineering talent
• Demonstrated expertise in project management (Agile and traditional)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
