Requirements

• Grow and lead an engineering team of 6-10 engineers
• Lead projects that span multiple domains within networking and partner with teams outside of networking such as security, compliance etc
• Own the end-to-end service design, project planning, and delivery
• Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation
• Collaborate with other leaders on developing and delivering product roadmaps, operational improvements, and critical cross-functional customer commitments
• Participate in a Manager On-call rotation for the team
