Job Description
This senior consultant role involves providing quality work to customer engagements through Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The role requires independent judgment, project management, and collaboration with various teams to deliver functional and technical solutions. Consultant is expected to be a team lead and develop and configure solutions for moderately complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Deep understanding of HCM business processes (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and architecture
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and other Oracle tools
- Familiarity with Agile and implementation methodologies.
