Project Manager - HCM

Oracle Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Consulting's professional services for Campus Solutions and/or Human Capital Management (HCM). The Project Manager will oversee full-lifecycle implementations, both on-premises and cloud across Oracle's Campus Solutions and/or HCM product suites.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• At least 8 years of project/program management experience
• Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations and upgrades for Oracle Campus Solutions or HCM
• At least 5 full-cycle implementations in Campus or HCM
• Hands-on experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect in Campus or HCM
• Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and project governance best practices
• Expertise in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project estimation frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, time, cost, and quality across multiple workstreams
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders and external vendors
