Principal Program Manager - Oracle Database Product Group

The Database Technical Program Management team is looking for a dynamic person to manage fast-paced releases both for the cloud and on-premise.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of experience in a software product development organization, either in development or in QA
• Experience in a Technical Program Management role a plus
• Broad technical knowledge in C/C++, Java, SQL and Linux
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to own and be accountable for programs
• Demonstrated ability to enforce standards of quality and compliance
• Ability to gauge organizational dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus and partnerships across teams
• Demonstrated ability and desire to analyze existing processes and practices and introduce improvements
• A curious mindset and a persistent attitude
